Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order.
Expect an email within 2 to 3 working days to let you know your order is on the
way.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Free local delivery is available for addresses within 5km of
our office at Nelson Bay. The local delivery option may not show up during
checkout, however if you live in Nelson Bay, Fingal Bay, Shoal Bay, or Corlette
your order may be eligible for local delivery. Please contact us on 0475 272150 prior to
making the order online and we will advise a timeframe for the delivery of your
parcel, and arrange for payment to be taken. We will aim (but not guarantee) to
deliver orders to the above-mentioned suburbs within 2 business days.
SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2 working days using Australia
Post’s Parcel Post service, or occasionally TNT for some larger items. Australia Post's standard delivery is often
from 2 - 8 days depending upon the state of delivery, and we cannot guarantee
delivery by a specific date. A signature
upon delivery is required for all parcels.
We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
EXPRESS SHIPING
Express shipping is not automatically offered. If you need a product urgently, please
contact us on 0475 272150 prior to making the order online and we will provide
you with a quotation and timeframe for the delivery of your parcel, and arrange
for payment to be taken.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not refund for change of mind. We will however offer you a store credit. After obtaining our approval, you may ship your
unopened/undamaged product back to us at your own expense (and must pay shipping insurance for this). When we receive this,
you will be offered a store credit only - no refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
unused, unopened, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way,
please email us as soon as possible at sales@integratedmarine.com.au with your
order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a
case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
